Legal information
Terms of use
Last updated: 29 July 2026
By using Debt Recovery Flow, you agree to use the service lawfully and to check all information and generated documents carefully before relying on or sending them.
Document automation, not legal advice
The service provides a guided document-building tool and general information. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice and does not create a solicitor-client relationship. You are responsible for deciding whether a generated document is appropriate and for obtaining independent legal advice where needed.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, have a lawful basis for entering personal data, respect the rights of others and not use the service for unlawful, misleading, abusive or fraudulent activity. You remain responsible for deadlines, service and compliance with applicable rules, protocols and legislation.
Availability and generated content
The service may change or be unavailable from time to time. Automated calculations and wording can contain errors or may not reflect later legal or procedural changes. Review all amounts, dates, names and wording before use.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular matter.
