This page explains, in general terms, how information submitted through Debt Recovery Flow is used to provide the document-building service.
Information you provide
The letter builder may collect contact, creditor, debtor, agreement, invoice, payment and correspondence information that you enter. Please only provide information that is necessary and that you are entitled to use.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the guided workflow, save a submission where requested, generate documents, respond to support enquiries, maintain service security and meet applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and security
Information is not sold. It may be processed by hosting or technical service providers where needed to operate the service, or disclosed where required by law. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your rights
Information should be retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described above and applicable legal requirements. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability.
